Well I'm happy to report that my AirPort card for my Mac has come in, and I happily blogging from my warm and toasty living room. (and I mean HAPPILY, because I'm quite drugged up)
My tooth started hurting on Sunday evening, and I was hoping it would go away. But to no avail. The pain became so bad today, that I decided to head to my dentist. Before I had the Moose, I had never had any cavities or problems of any sort with my teeth. After Moose, I have had six cavities. (and fillings!) First of all-holy crap dental work is expensive! Who knew? Even with insurance it is expensive. So I thought this visit might be a bit expensive. Annnd it was.
They did manage to fit me in today, which I appreciated, greatly. Especially because of our trip to Wisconsin this weekend. I didn't want to be in pain all weekend.
I only had to wait in the waiting room for about two seconds, long enough to find an interesting magazine, and then put it back. I described my symptoms to the dental assistant and the dentist, for them both to say that they had to examine my tooth.
Of course the tooth that hurt was the farthest back, top tooth so that they had to cram both of their entire hands into my mouth. (well, that's what it felt like, anyway) They decide that I have indeed cracked my tooth, and that I need a root canal. (I thought I may have cracked something)
So they shot me up with a truckload of numbing medicine. Luckily after they started drilling, they determined that, yes, my tooth was very "sick". Not infected, but "sick". Later as the dental assistant was putting in my temporary filling, she determined that my tooth was indeed, very sick. So I assume it was pretty gross in there.
Then they proceeded to prescribe an antibiotic and...Lortabs. I was a little shocked. And scared, Lortabs = Lots Of Pain to me. So I have been very concerned. But as soon as I picked up Moose from M&Ds, I headed home and popped a Lortab.
Cory surprised me with my AirPort card when I got home, and we managed to install it even with me all Lortab-ed-Up. Yea us!

Be... erm, nice. My fragile ego can't take too much honesty. Seriously though, I do love comments. Please tell me what you think!
